Today, she works at the forefront of innovation in the meat processing industry, with a strong interest in agricultural productivity, circularity, and the role of emerging technologies in driving sustainability. Ellie is passionate about solving complex challenges across operations.

Joe Masters, Senior Sales and Marketing Executive at Fletcher International Exports Pty Ltd. Grew up on his families’ sheep and cropping property based at Spicers Creek, Wellington. Joe started his career at Fletchers over 13 years ago as a harvest casual while completing his Bachelor of Agriculture and Resource Economics at UNE, before moving into roles at the Grain and Intermodal Division, including Logistics, Grain Accumulation and Export Grain sales.
